Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily accounting transactions and ensuring accurate data entry into the financial system.
- Preparing periodic financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including reconciliation and payment scheduling.
- Monitoring tax compliance and assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual tax reports (PPh, PPN).
- Performing regular bank reconciliations and monitoring cash management activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial documentation and audit readiness.
- Assisting in the budgeting process and monitoring expenditures against approved budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting (fresh graduates with strong academic track records are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and basic accounting principles (PSAK).
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and absolute integrity.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be based in Malang, Jawa Timur.
