Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
- Perform accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track budgets and monitor operational expenses.
- Handle tax documentation and assist in the preparation of mandatory tax filings (PPh 21/23/25, VAT).
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and verify transaction supporting documents.
- Assist in the year-end audit process and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and general accounting principles (PSAK).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar systems).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical capability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly financial closing deadlines.
