Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Handle tax documentation, reporting (PPh, PPN), and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Monitor and track company budgets and operational expenditures.
- Maintain well-organized financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
