Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze accurate monthly COGS and COGM reports for manufacturing operations.
- Conduct regular stock opname activities and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Monitor and analyze production variances to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and supporting schedules for management review.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse departments to ensure accurate inventory valuation.
- Maintain compliance with internal control policies and accounting standards.
- Support year-end audit processes by providing necessary documentation and data analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage large datasets and identify inaccuracies.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
