In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial health of our operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting the management team with insightful fiscal data.

As our Finance & Accounting Staff, you will manage daily financial transactions, assist in month-end closing procedures, and maintain compliance with company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily bookkeeping, including recording of petty cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements and internal ledgers.
- Support the tax filing process and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to track F&B inventory costs and sales reports.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and physical/digital filing systems.
- Assist in year-end audits and coordinate with external stakeholders when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data with high accuracy.
- Disciplined, honest, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Residency or willingness to work in the Menteng area, Jakarta.
