We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing our financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and maintaining compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader capable of managing daily accounting cycles while providing strategic financial insights to support company growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and accounting functions, including AP/AR and general ledger maintenance.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
- Manage monthly and annual tax reporting, including PPh, PPN, and corporate tax compliance.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded via manual or digital journals.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors during annual financial audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Supervisory or Senior Accounting role.
- Proficient in manual journal entries and hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Undang-Undang Perpajakan).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
