Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Manage tax reporting and compliance (PPh, PPN, and corporate tax) to ensure adherence to local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual financial audits.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management for cost control and revenue growth.
- Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and petty cash disbursements.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a professional team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and competent in professional English.
- Brevet A/B certification is a significant advantage.
