PT Indoprima Trans Armada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring precision, compliance, and strategic efficiency across all accounting functions.
As a Finance & Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and financial health of the company. You will play a key role in maintaining robust financial records, managing tax obligations, and ensuring that our purchasing and accounts receivable processes align with strict internal SOPs. We are looking for an analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to fostering operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including General Ledger, AR, and AP.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financial tasks.
- Manage the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and handle periodic tax reporting (PPN, PPh).
- Monitor and authorize purchasing activities while ensuring adherence to company budget and procurement SOPs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve cost control and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations and audit preparations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, financial statements, and GAAP/PSAK.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High integrity, professional attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage team workflows effectively.
