Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Supervise the finance team to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and internal controls.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions during audits and tax filings.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and credit management to maintain optimal liquidity.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analysis to support management in strategic planning.
- Implement and improve accounting software processes to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (CPA/CA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with modern accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
