We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors to ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budget forecasts, and cash flow analysis for management review.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and manage corporate treasury functions.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to foster a high-performance team culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CA/CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian PSAK standards and tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
