As the Finance & Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions, supervising the finance team, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. We value integrity, precision, and proactive problem-solving in our financial management practices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh) and statutory financial reporting requirements.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and corporate accounting practices.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MyOB, Accurate) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
