Kalibesar Raya Utama is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic support to the management team.
As our Finance & Accounting Supervisor, you will lead the accounting department, streamline our financial workflows, and supervise the collection processes to ensure optimal cash flow. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills to drive business success through accurate financial reporting and rigorous internal controls.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage the end-to-end collection process and monitor accounts receivable aging.
- Oversee daily general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance (PPh, PPN).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide actionable financial insights.
- Develop and implement robust internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during statutory audits.
- Perform variance analysis on budget versus actual expenditures to support cost management strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and taxation regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage team performance.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
