Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily cash flow activities to ensure operational liquidity.
- Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management.
- Manage end-to-end tax processes, including corporate tax compliance, reporting, and documentation (PPh, PPN).
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to improve productivity and professional growth.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits.
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights for cost optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to be based in Sulawesi Tengah.
