PT PMP is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Samarinda. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing actionable insights to the management team.
As a Finance Accounting Supervisor, you will lead the accounting department to maintain integrity in financial records, manage cash flow optimization, and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including General Ledger, AR, and AP functions.
- Monitor and control company cash flow, providing accurate cash position updates to senior management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with corporate standards.
- Lead the tax reporting process and ensure full compliance with local tax regulations.
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during annual audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential financial data with integrity.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to be based in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur.
