Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Supervise warehouse administration tasks to ensure accurate inventory recording and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with corporate standards.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and ensure optimal utilization of financial resources.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting and administrative staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policy.
- Conduct regular financial audits and internal control reviews to mitigate risk.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline administrative workflows and data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proven ability to manage warehouse administration and inventory control processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
