Join Avenir Wisata International as a Finance & Accounting Supervisor and lead our financial operations to excellence. We're seeking a strategic leader to oversee accounting teams, ensure financial reporting accuracy, and streamline accounting processes. This critical role involves managing financial operations, analyzing fiscal data, and driving compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor accounting teams to ensure efficient financial operations
- Oversee preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial processes
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving measures
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations
- Advanced expertise in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
