Join Anugrah Linen Indonesia as a Finance & Accounting Supervisor and lead our financial operations with precision and strategic insight. This pivotal role oversees Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), cash management, tax compliance, and financial reporting. You'll ensure adherence to Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), optimize financial processes, and drive accuracy in all fiscal activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth while maintaining robust internal controls and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor AP, AR, cash management, tax, and reporting teams
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Implement efficient financial controls and procedures
- Manage vendor payments and customer credit processes
- Lead budget preparation and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in finance/accounting
- Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and high accuracy standards
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
