Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our hotel operations team in Banjarmasin. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations, ensuring fiscal accuracy, and providing strategic financial insights to the management team to drive hotel profitability.
As our Finance & Accounting Supervisor, you will lead the accounting function, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with both local regulations and brand standards. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between operational activities and financial performance, making this an ideal role for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for hotel management.
- Manage hotel cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash systems to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Monitor hotel department budgets, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations for cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements for the hospitality sector.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and professional development.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during annual audits.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard hotel assets and revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/Brevet) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role specifically within the hospitality/hotel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local hotel systems).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, PPN) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
