Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily general ledger activities and ensure accurate journal entries.
- Oversee the monthly closing process, including trial balance and financial statement preparation.
- Maintain and update the Chart of Accounts (COA) according to company policies.
- Prepare and file tax reports (PPh & PPN) ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
- Assist in internal audits and provide financial analysis support to management.
- Ensure all financial records are organized, secure, and easily accessible.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Proven experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax (End-to-End), preferably 1-3 years.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or local equivalents).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
