PT Central Sole Agency is a dynamic and growing organization committed to excellence in operations. We are currently seeking a strategic and results-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax Department Head to lead our financial operations in Purwakarta. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial lifecycle, ensuring absolute accuracy in reporting, and driving fiscal health through proactive tax planning and strategic analysis.
As the Head of Department, you will act as a key advisor to the leadership team, implementing robust internal controls and optimizing financial processes to ensure full regulatory compliance. We are looking for a visionary leader with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.), and the ability to mentor a high-performing finance team to achieve operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee the execution of financial strategies, annual budgets, and accurate financial forecasting.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Tax Laws, including timely and accurate filing of PPh, PPN, and other corporate obligations.
- Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and fixed asset management.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and balance sheets for stakeholders to support informed business decision-making.
- Implement and maintain rigorous internal control systems to mitigate financial risks and prevent operational fraud.
- Oversee external audit processes, including coordination with tax authorities and external auditors.
- Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and performance management to the finance and accounting team.
- Analyze operational cost structures to identify opportunities for efficiency and margin improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Taxation (Brevet A/B certification is highly preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret complex financial data for business strategy.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Detail-oriented, ethical, and capable of maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate information.
- Willingness to be based and work full-time in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat.
