Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Lead the preparation of tax reporting and serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and tax authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, manage budgeting processes, and perform variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Streamline financial processes and implement internal controls to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
