We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Manager to join a dynamic player in the F&B industry based in North Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring the integrity of our financial data, regulatory compliance, and driving profitability through sound financial planning.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique financial challenges within the F&B sector, including inventory valuation, high-volume transactional processing, and multi-outlet reporting. You will lead the finance team to optimize processes, provide actionable insights to management, and ensure all tax obligations are met with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) and statutory requirements.
- Analyze food cost reports, inventory variances, and operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Supervise the finance and accounting team, providing mentorship and performance management.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions.
- Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and streamline accounting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/Brevet A&B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the F&B, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax laws and corporate reporting standards.
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting software).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
