We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kebayoran Lama. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring precision in reporting, compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic insights to manage financial risks effectively.
The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills to bridge the gap between financial data and business operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end financial reporting, tax planning, and internal audits, contributing directly to the company's fiscal health and long-term sustainability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT) in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Perform comprehensive financial risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified threats.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and budget forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable workflows to optimize cash flow management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting, and Taxation.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and current Tax Laws.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and risk management capability.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong physical and mental health to manage high-pressure deadlines.
- Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage.
