We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Staff to join our dynamic finance team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, and navigating complex tax compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a keen eye for detail, deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, and a proactive approach to financial reporting. You will be responsible for end-to-end financial processes, from day-to-day bookkeeping to the preparation of tax returns. Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate general ledger accounts.
- Preparing and executing monthly tax calculations and filings, specifically PPh 21, 23, and 4(2).
- Managing the full cycle of corporate tax reporting, including timely submission of SPT Masa and Tahunan.
- Ensuring all financial documentation is compliant with internal policies and government tax regulations.
- Collaborating with the management team to provide accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Staying updated with the latest updates in the Coretax system and government tax reforms.
- Performing account reconciliations and resolving financial discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar Finance/Accounting/Tax role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), etc.) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in the Coretax system and other accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- High degree of accuracy, integrity, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tax reporting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
