Tanggung Jawab
- Manage monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-enhancing strategies
- Prepare and submit corporate tax filings (PPh, PPN) with regulatory authorities
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure adherence to accounting standards
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for departmental planning
- Assist in internal audits and financial control implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret financial data and drive business decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in financial accounting and tax management
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents)
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Certification in tax or accounting (Brevet A/B) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
