Optictimes Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee our financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing activities.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25/29, VAT/PPN) and timely filing of tax returns.
- Develop and implement financial budgets, forecasts, and detailed variance analysis to guide management decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless reporting.
- Monitor cash flow performance and manage banking relationships to optimize liquidity.
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Develop internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and reduce operational risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (Brevet A/B or CPA) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in financial management, accounting, and tax reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and updated accounting regulations (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring a finance team.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English for professional business communication.
