Are you a seasoned financial professional looking to lead strategic operations in Palembang? Our client is seeking a highly skilled Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee all fiscal functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide actionable insights to senior management. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader capable of managing full-cycle accounting processes while optimizing tax strategies to support the company's long-term growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will act as the key point of contact for external audits and tax authorities, ensuring that all operations adhere to Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and local tax regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full scope of financial operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and management requirements.
- Develop and implement robust tax planning and compliance strategies to optimize the company's tax position and ensure timely filing (PPh, PPN, PPh 21/23/25, etc.).
- Oversee budgeting and cash flow management processes, providing variance analysis and corrective action recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Implement internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks and ensure data integrity.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Professional Certification (CPA/CA/Brevet A & B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.
