We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Accounting & Tax Manager to join Gentem Lifelong Learning. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, ensuring robust financial health, compliance, and strategic growth within our stable and expanding education group.
You will be responsible for leading the financial closing process, managing tax compliance, and producing high-quality financial reports that drive decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end financial closing process, including the preparation of trial balances, financial statements, and management reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax (PPh 21/25), and other statutory obligations.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze the annual budget and monthly forecasts to support the company's growth strategies.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and present actionable financial insights to the executive management team.
- Oversee general ledger functions and implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage external relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team to ensure operational excellence and high morale.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (S1 Akuntansi).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards) and tax laws.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or advanced accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
