Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Oversee all tax compliance activities (VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax) and ensure timely filing.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Analyze cash flow patterns and provide strategic recommendations to executive management.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting and finance team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel.
- Proven ability to manage financial risks and internal control systems.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, meticulous with numbers, and capable of working under pressure.
