Are you a seasoned financial leader with a passion for the fast-paced F&B industry? Cita Rasa Mendunia is currently seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to join our growing team in Sleman, Yogyakarta. As we continue to expand our multi-brand and multi-outlet operations, we need a financial expert to oversee our entire fiscal infrastructure, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide actionable insights to drive profitability.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the company's financial future. You will lead the accounting department, manage tax planning and reporting, and implement robust financial controls across all our outlets. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and possesses the technical expertise to streamline financial operations while maintaining rigorous accuracy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee the execution of financial strategies to support the growth of multi-brand F&B outlets.
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and handle tax filings and audits effectively.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure asset protection and financial integrity across all business units.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CA/CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the F&B or retail industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A/B certification is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multi-entity or multi-outlet financial consolidations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a growing finance team.
