We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to join our growing team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will lead the company’s financial health by ensuring precise accounting standards, robust tax compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between day-to-day accounting operations and high-level financial strategy to support our business growth objectives.
As our Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager, you will serve as a key advisor to leadership, providing actionable insights through detailed financial reporting and analysis. You will oversee all aspects of the accounting department, ensuring adherence to Indonesian financial regulations and internal policies while driving continuous process improvement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end accounting cycle, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Flow Management.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21, 23, 25/29, 4(2), and PPN) and timely submission of tax returns.
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal counsel for annual audits and statutory reporting.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing variance analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting and finance team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/CA/Brevet A&B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax management, preferably within the Indonesian business context.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations and PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership capability with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
