Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage the company's overall financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and reports in accordance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Oversee all tax-related functions, including calculation, reporting, and filing (PPh 21, 23, 25/29, PPN) to ensure 100% compliance.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Supervise the accounting team and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Prepare periodic financial performance analysis and provide recommendations to senior management for cost optimization.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely reconciliation of all bank and general ledger accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Professional Certification (Brevet A/B, CA, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within finance, accounting, or tax.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Undang-Undang Perpajakan) and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to use accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data into business insights.
- High integrity, exceptional leadership capabilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be based in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
