Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash flow operations and liquidity planning
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly/quarterly financial statements
- Oversee corporate tax planning, compliance, and reporting
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and financial performance reviews
- Liaise with auditors and tax authorities
- Implement internal controls for financial processes
- Lead and mentor the finance team
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in managerial finance role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven leadership and team management experience
