Are you an experienced financial leader looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic organization? PT Sorin Maharasa is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to join our team in Cibinong. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial ecosystem, ensuring accurate reporting, rigorous tax compliance, and strategic fiscal management.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general accounting, comprehensive tax knowledge, and the ability to lead a team through efficient month-end and year-end closing processes. You will serve as a key advisor to management, providing actionable insights derived from financial data to support our continued growth and operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and manage all finance, accounting, and tax functions of the company.
- Oversee the full cycle of accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Manage all corporate tax obligations, including tax planning, reporting, and compliance with local regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements and budget reports to senior management.
- Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role within the finance/accounting department.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting standards (PSAK).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
