Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounting cycle including GL maintenance, financial statement preparation, and month-end closing
- Oversee tax compliance including PPh, PPN, and annual tax reporting (SPT)
- Develop and implement tax optimization strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead finance team through process improvements and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards
- Analyze financial data to support management decision-making and forecasting
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations departments on financial controls
- Maintain robust internal controls and documentation for financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- 5+ years experience in accounting/tax management with FMCG industry exposure
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience managing accounting teams and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization and risk management
