PT Djasa Autotrans is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Finance, Accounting, & Tax Manager to lead our financial operations in Medan. This is a critical leadership role that requires not only technical expertise in fiscal management and compliance but also the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including partners fluent in Hokkien.
As our Finance, Accounting, & Tax Manager, you will serve as a core member of our leadership team, overseeing the full spectrum of financial reporting, tax planning, and strategic budget forecasting. You will ensure the company remains compliant with Indonesian tax regulations while optimizing financial performance to support our market expansion. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire finance, accounting, and tax departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including PPh, PPN, and corporate income tax, while staying updated on changing Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear financial insights and reports to senior management.
- Bridge communication effectively as a Hokkien speaker to facilitate negotiations and relations with business partners and suppliers.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, budget forecasting, and cash flow management to support company-wide strategic decision-making.
- Manage the external audit process and coordinate with relevant government authorities and tax consultants.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA certification is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within finance or accounting, preferably in the automotive or logistics industry.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in speaking Hokkien (business level).
- Deep understanding of PSAK, Indonesian Tax Law (UU Perpajakan), and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and excellent analytical problem-solving abilities.
