We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Accounting Tax Manager to lead tax operations at a leading Autoparts Manufacturer in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire tax lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations while optimizing the company's tax position. You will be responsible for managing the tax team, handling complex audits, and providing high-level financial insights to support the company's growth in the competitive automotive industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax, VAT, and manufacturing accounting. You will lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure that all statutory obligations are met efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including VAT and other indirect taxes for the manufacturing entity.
- Lead the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory tax returns in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Manage tax planning strategies to minimize tax liability while ensuring full compliance with tax laws.
- Lead the tax audit process and coordinate effectively with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and interpret their impact on the company’s operations.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to enhance departmental efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare tax reconciliation reports and support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Tax Management, with a strong preference for experience within the Manufacturing or Automotive industry.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws (UU HPP, UU PPN, UU Cukai, etc.) and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and tax codes.
- Professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
