Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire finance, accounting, and tax functions for the Medan branch.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls, standard operating procedures, and reporting frameworks.
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including corporate tax, VAT (PPN), and withholding taxes, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax regulations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for decision-making.
- Supervise cash flow management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to optimize working capital.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support the operational growth of e-commerce, retail, and wholesale divisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and relevant government agencies as required.
- Mentor and guide the finance team to maintain high standards of performance and professional integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CA/CPA/Brevet A&B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the retail, wholesale, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to manage financial systems and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
