Kay Collection is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager to oversee our financial operations in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the integrity of our financial data, the efficiency of our accounting systems, and the accuracy of our tax compliance strategy.
As our Finance Manager, you will serve as a key business partner, providing actionable insights that drive profitability and growth. We are seeking a leader who is not only proficient in complex financial reporting but also capable of optimizing our tax planning to ensure maximum compliance and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial, accounting, and tax operations for the retail business.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and implement robust tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities while ensuring 100% regulatory compliance.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow forecasting to ensure sufficient working capital.
- Maintain and improve existing accounting systems (ERP) to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Lead internal and external audits, serving as the primary point of contact for tax authorities and auditors.
- Provide management with timely financial reports and insights to support strategic retail business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting leadership role, ideally within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Proven experience working with modern accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring team members.
