Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including accurate calculation and timely filing of PPh, PPN, and other corporate tax obligations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external tax consultants and auditors to ensure smooth year-end processes.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems for internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow, handle bank reconciliations, and optimize petty cash management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A/B certification is a significant advantage).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
