Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting cycle including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closures
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports in compliance with Indonesian standards
- Oversee corporate tax compliance, calculations, and filings (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Maintain and optimize accounting software systems for operational efficiency
- Conduct variance analysis and financial performance reporting
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance requirements
- Support annual audits and tax inspections
- Collaborate with departments on budgeting and forecasting processes
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance/accounting role with tax exposure
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Expertise in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A/B/C) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
