Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, and local taxes) and timely tax filing
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure accuracy
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and ensure proper documentation
- Optimize tax strategies while maintaining full compliance with tax laws
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and tax roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations
- Advanced skills in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Tax Consultant (Brevet A/B) certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
