Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger maintenance and account reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports.
- Handle end-to-end tax processes, including calculating, reporting, and filing PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and authorized.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits to ensure full compliance.
- Analyze financial variances and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Update and maintain company tax records and ensure adherence to the latest Indonesian tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting and tax administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting standards (E-Faktur, E-Bupot).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B) is highly preferred.
- Resident of or willing to be based in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
