Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports with high accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including calculating, reporting, and filing PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audit documentation and coordinate with external auditors.
- Stay updated on changing tax laws and accounting standards (PSAK) to ensure company compliance.
- Support the finance manager in financial forecasting and budgeting activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or tax-related role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict month-end deadlines.
- Strong integrity, ethical standards, and ability to handle confidential financial information.
