Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate and execute tax filing obligations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT/PPN).
- Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Provide support for internal and external audits as required.
- Prepare routine financial reports for management review to support business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or tax staff role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a significant plus).
- Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong integrity and professionalism in handling financial data.
