Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping in the company's ERP system.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow projections.
- Handle tax administration and ensure full compliance with local tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT/PPN).
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable processes efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare tax e-SPT and ensure timely submission of tax returns to the tax office.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and financial analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting and tax roles.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and current tax regulations.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
