Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and Indonesian Tax regulations.
- Manage and supervise the tax planning process, ensuring timely filing of tax returns and handling tax audits with authorities.
- Conduct financial analysis to support budget preparation, variance analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure internal controls are effective and efficient, safeguarding company assets and minimizing financial risk.
- Lead, train, and mentor the junior accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the manufacturing or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, PST) and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA or Professional Tax certification is a plus.
