Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Cash Flow Management.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN filings.
- Supervise the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze financial performance reports and provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Manage and mentor junior staff to foster a high-performance work environment and team collaboration.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Regulations (Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred).
- Proven ability to use Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is an advantage.
