- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Manage tax compliance filings and coordinate with tax authorities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with professional certification (CPA, AKTAB)
- 5+ years of experience in finance with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proven experience leading accounting teams and audits
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
