Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) and prepare accurate tax filings.
- Supervise the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and manage budget planning to ensure the company's financial health.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management for cost optimization.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and tax regulations.
- Certified Tax Consultant (Brevet A & B) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang.
